By accessing or using GymMaps, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please do not use our Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 3uild LLC ("GymMaps," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our mobile application or website, you accept these Terms in full.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use GymMaps. Users under 18 require parental consent.

Keep your password secure
Notify us of unauthorized access
You are responsible for all account activity

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

Post false or misleading reviews
Harass or abuse other users
Manipulate ratings or rankings
Use automated systems without permission
Violate any applicable laws
Infringe intellectual property rights

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post (reviews, photos, comments). By posting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Service.

We may remove content that violates these Terms without notice.

6. Gym Information Disclaimer

GymMaps aggregates information from various sources. We do not guarantee accuracy of gym details (hours, prices, equipment). Always verify directly with gyms before visiting.

7. Liability & Safety Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Physical exercise involves inherent risks.

GymMaps does NOT operate, manage, or control any gyms. We are not responsible for gym safety, equipment condition, or injuries incurred. You use gyms at your own risk.

8. Passport Stamps & Virtual Rewards

Passport stamps, points, and levels have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or prizes. We may modify or discontinue these features at any time.

9. "AS IS" Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE OPERATION.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GYMMAPS SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. IN JURISDICTIONS THAT DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MINIMUM PERMITTED BY LAW.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify GymMaps from any claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations or at our discretion. You may delete your account through app settings.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Wyoming law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Sheridan, Wyoming.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
